Delaware Horsemen's Association      Board Of Directors

The DTHA Board consists of eleven members, five who are owners (not licensed as a trainer), five who are trainers or licensed as an owner/trainer, and the eleventh who can be either.  Directors are elected by the general membership every three years, with the next election to be held in 2019.  The president is elected by the general membership, the rest of the officers are elected by the Board at their first meeting.
